24 Months Manufacturer's Warranty
 
If you find that your No Worries Blinds order has been incorrectly filled please contact us immediately so we can swap and replace the wrong or faulty blind(s) at no cost to you.
 
If on arrival or within 7 days of receiving your No Worries Blinds, you find that the blinds have manufacturing fault please email us the photos of the fault, and the replacement goods will be organised for you as soon as we receive the faulty product back in our warehouse. However, please note all delivery and re-delivery fees/costs will be responsibility of the customer. We take full responsibiluty for the product, but we can not be held responsible for freight fees.
 
No Worries Blinds can not and will not be held responsible for any damage that occurs to the blinds during transportation. As much as we will honour and uphold our responsibility under Warranty conditions regarding any manufacturing fault caused due to faulty manufacturing. As per ACCC, if damage occurs during transportation due to courier's negligence, the customer is encouraged to take up this matter with the courier company responsible for delivery. In all fairness, No Worries Blinds can not be held responsible for something that No Worries Blinds had no control over.
 
Ready-made blinds bought from stock may be exchanged (not refunded) if they are returned within 7 days of purchase in the original, unopened and undamaged packaging, in totally resalable new condition and must be accompanied by a receipt of purchase.  Delivery and re-delivery charges will apply.  Items that have been customised or resized cannot and will not be returned or exchanged or refunded.
 
Custom Modified/Adjusted blinds are made specifically to the measurements you have supplied to fit your window after you place an order.  Each blind is modified/adjusted to your unique measurements and specifications provided by you.  For this reason we are only able to accept returns on orders that are incorrectly/mistakenly modified/adjusted by us to the wrong measurement or have manufacturing fault.
According to Australian Compensation and Consumer Commission (ACCC) Act, No Worries Blinds are not required to give refunds, credits or exchanges if customers:
  • have simply changed their minds about the purchases or
  • have discovered that they can buy the goods more cheaply elsewhere.
